Hi. My name is Richard Stilitino and I founded Equity Bookkeeping & Advisory because I wanted to apply my strongest skill sets to help smaller and medium sized businesses.
I’ve always had a passion for accounting, finance and investing. They are all closely related, with each one having an impact on the other – very much like the 3 financial statements, each one is dependent upon and affected by the other. Throughout my career, I’ve typically held the position of handling the controller/bookkeeper role (in addition to my other vast responsibilities).
I work as a Bookkeeper for small businesses but I’m more than a Bookkeeper, I’m a trusted advisor and confidante. I’m able to have full control over the quality of my service and I always enjoy having a direct relationship with my clients. My goal is to help you run a PROFITABLE business.
